I fully agree with what you're saying here. At the age of 28, I decided to shut red meat out of my life and cut down on sugar and all the other negative-impacting foods. I used to drink less water than I do now. I now intake (or at least, I try), 3 to 4 litres a day of water. It is amazing how it makes you feel: my mood has bettered and I don't get as many headaches. We must get into the habit of regulating our diets as it does result into how we look in the long/short run. I am 34 years old. People always look astonished on how young I look. Put it to good diet or DNA. Either way, I choose to intake the good stuff and not total garbage. Thanks for the piece! Amazing work!
